Gits Food established in 1963, is a legacy in the convenience packaged food segment in India. It was the first company to introduce the concept of Instant Mixes in India. Sandwich Dhokla is a much loved Gujarati Snack. It is a combination of Rice flour, Urad Dal (Split Black gram), Chickpea flour and Semolina. The drooling green sauce (coriander mint chutney) is sandwiched between two 2 layers of Dhokla which enhances the taste.
