Ingredients
🔸️ 3 tbsp Olive oil
🔸️ 2 cups chopped spring onion
🔸️3 clove finely chopped garlic
🔸️1 Finely Chopped Ginger
🔸️2 cups chopped vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Sweetcorn, Cabbage, Potatoes)
🔸️1/2 cup Frozen peas.
🔸️ 2 tbsp white corn flour
🔸️1/4tsp Pepper Powder
🔸️ Salt as per taste
🔸️ 1tbsp Vinegar
🔸️ 1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs
🔸️ 1 tsp Cornflour
🔸️1/4 Cup Water
Instructions
🔸️Heat oil in a large stockpot and sauté finely chopped Garlic. Ginger and Spring onion.
🔸️Then add vegetables and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
🔸️Now add water, salt and cover with lid and allow the vegetables to cook.
🔸️In a small bowl mix cornflour and water (make sure there are no lumps)
🔸️Mix it with boiled veggies and allow it to boil until soup thickens.
🔸️Then add vinegar, pepper powder, mixed herbs and mix well
🔸️Remove the pot from the heat and serve hot.
