Veg Manchurian Recipe Dry

Ingredients

🔸️1 Cup Shredded Cabbage

🔸️1/2 Cup Shredded Carrot

🔸️1/4 Cup finely chopped Bell Pepper

🔸️1 Cup finely chopped Onion

🔸️1 Cup finely chopped Spring Onions

🔸️1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

🔸️2 tbsp Cornflour

🔸️1/4 Cup All-purpose Flour

🔸️Salt

🔸️Pepper powder

🔸️2 tsp Soy sauce

🔸️Oil

🔸️Green chillies

🔸️1 tsp Vinegar

🔸️2 tsp green chilli Sauce

🔸️1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce

 Method

🔸️Combine chopped Cabbage, Carrot, Bell Pepper, & Spring Onion in a bowl.

🔸️Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Pepper and Soy Sauce.

🔸️Then add All Purpose Flour (Maida) and Corn Flour

🔸️Mix all the ingredients well. You can add some more All-Purpose Flour If the mixture looks wet.

🔸️Make small balls from the mixture and fry them on medium flame.

🔸️Now for the gravy, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilli.

🔸️Add onions & Spring Onions and fry them on high heat till they turn golden.

🔸️Then add Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Green Chilli Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, salt & pepper.

🔸️Add 1 tsp corn flour to thicken the gravy if required.

🔸️Add the Manchurian balls to the gravy and cook for 2-3 minutes.

🔸️Dry Veg Manchurian is ready to serve it hot
