🔸️2 tbsp. oil
🔸️1 teaspoon cumin seeds
🔸️1 green chilli chopped
🔸️1 ginger small
🔸️3-4 garlic cloves
🔸️2 cup spinach leaves chopped
🔸️1 cup rice washed and soaked
🔸️2 cups water
🔸️1 tbsp. juice of lemon
🔸️salt as per taste
Instructions
🔸️Soak rice for about 30 mins after washing it thoroughly. Heat oil in your pan and sauté crushed ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and green chillies as per taste.
🔸️Add chopped spinach leaves in a blender and blend it without water. Add the puree to the pan.
🔸️Let it cook for few minutes.
🔸️Add soaked rice, salt and water.
🔸️ Cook it on low flame till it comes to a boil
🔸️Add a dash of lemon juice and let it cook until water evaporates. If the rice isn't cooked, add ¼ cup water.
🔸️Serve it hot.
