Schezwan Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

🔸️1 cup cooked long grain rice

🔸️Chopped Garlic

🔸️Chopped Ginger

🔸️Oil

🔸️1 finely chopped Spring Onion

🔸️8-10 finely chopped French Beans

🔸️1 finely chopped Carrot

🔸️1 cup chopped Cabbage

🔸️Salt

🔸️2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce

🔸️½ tsp Vinegar

🔸️1tbsp Soy Sauce

🔸️Chilli Paste as required

Method

🔸️Heat Oil in a large wok, add finely chopped ginger and garlic and sauté on medium flame for few seconds.

🔸️Add all finely chopped veggies and keep stirring continuously so that they are equally cooked.

🔸️Then add Schezwan sauce, Vinegar, Soy sauce, salt, chilli paste and stir fry till the sauces are well combined.

🔸️ Add cooked rice and mix well without breaking the rice.

🔸️Allow it to cook for few minutes on low flame.

🔸️Garnish with some chopped spring onions and serve hot.
