Ingredients
🔸️1/2 cup Sagoseeds
🔸️1 Potato
🔸️1/4 Cup Peanuts
🔸️Chilli and Ginger Paste
🔸️Salt
🔸️1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
🔸️1/4 tsp Sugar
🔸️1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
Procedure-
🔸️. Soak sago in a bowl and keep it overnight or Atleast for 4-5 hours.
🔸️. Drain the water of sago and keep it aside.
🔸️. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes and roast peanuts on a pan.
🔸️. Crush the peanuts either by mortar and pestle or in a mixer.
🔸️. Mix potatoes, sago and peanuts and add salt, chilli and ginger paste, lemon juice and sugar.
🔸️. Roast the cumin in oil and add it to the mixture.
🔸️. Make small balls and flatten it with palm.
🔸️. Heat oil in another pan for deep frying and fry these balls on both the sides till golden brown and crispy.
🔸️Your sabudana vadas are ready to serve hot.
