Paneer Chilli recipe

Ingredients

🔸️1 cups paneer cubes
🔸️2 tbsp cornflour
🔸️Oil   
🔸️1/4 cup All-purpose flour
🔸️1 1/2tsp soy sauce
🔸️1 tsp chilli powder
🔸️1/4 tsp black pepper powder
🔸️Salt
🔸️1 tsp grated ginger
🔸️2 tsp finely chopped garlic
🔸️2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
🔸️1/4 cup chopped spring onions
🔸️1/4 cup onion cubes
🔸️1/4 cup capsicum cubes
🔸️2 tsp red chilli paste
🔸️1/2 tsp vinegar
🔸️1 tsp red chilli sauce

Water Mixture
🔸️2 tsp cornflour
🔸️5 tsp water
Method
🔸️Combine the paneer cubes and cornflour in a bowl and mix well.
🔸️Add the above paneer cubes into the prepared batter and toss gently.
🔸️Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry till they turn golden brown and keep aside.
🔸️Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, ginger and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame.
🔸️Then add the spring onions, onion cubes, capsicum and sauté.

🔸️Add the red chilli paste, soy sauce, vinegar and red chilli sauce and cook.
🔸️Add fried paneer cubes and then add the cornflour-water mixture, mix gently.
🔸️Garnish the chilli paneer with spring onion greens and serve immediately.
