Ingredients
🔸️3 large onions
🔸️200 gm mozzarella cheese
🔸️1/2 cup all-purpose flour
🔸️1/2 cup cornflour
🔸️2 tbsp rice flour
🔸️1 tsp red chilli powder
🔸️¼ tsp black pepper powder
🔸️salt
🔸️Bread crumbs
🔸️oil
Method:
🔸️Peel and cut the onions into slices and separate the rings.
🔸️Take a smaller sized ring and place it in the centre of a larger one
🔸️With the help of a sharp knife cut mozzarella cheese into strips accordingly so that it fits into the gap between the rings. Refrigerate the rings for some time so that the cheese holds shape and doesn’t melt.
🔸️Meanwhile in a bowl mix all-purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt. Combine these ingredients nicely and divide the mixture into halves in separate bowls. In one of the bowls make a paste adding water as needed.
🔸️Take the bread crumbs in another bowl and add a little bit of salt to it.
🔸️Take the rings out of the refrigerator. Now take one ring and coat it nicely with the dry mixture, then dip it into the paste and after that dip it into the bowl of bread crumbs and cover nicely
🔸️ In a deep pan heat oil and put the rings in. Fry them until they turn golden brown.
🔸️Serve hot with ketchup
