Ingredients
🔸️Raw mangoes
🔸️Jaggery
🔸️Cumin powder
🔸️Black salt
🔸️Black pepper
🔸️Ice cubes/cold water
🔸️Mint sprigs
Procedure-
🔸️Boil all the mangoes in a pressure cooker.
🔸️Keep the water aside and remove the pulp.
🔸️ Add jaggery, twice the amount of pulp and mix it well.
🔸️ Add cumin powder, black salt and pepper and blend it once. This is our Aam panna pulp.
🔸️ For making the drink, add 2 tsps of this pulp and the drained water. You can add ice cubes too.
🔸️ Garnish with mint sprigs and serve cold.
